The cot bed has three adjustable base heights, making it easier to pick up your newborn and preventing escape attempts as they grow! The sides of the cot bed have protective teething rails, and it is solidly made with sustainably-sourced wood.

After we pack your furniture you will receive a call from our dedicated courier service, you can then pick whichever date you want to receive your parcels.
Returns are easy, if in the super rare event your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us and we will look for the best and quickest resolution for you to get the product picked up, swapped or refunded.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order with us to let you know we've received payment. We will process your order and you will receive a call from us to arrange the best time and date to deliver your goods.
Zones Excluded from delivery from our East Coast collection are Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland.

We need to contact you via a valid telephone number to discuss the best time for your goods to be delivered. Please provide us with a valid daytime number we can contact you on.
Someone must be able to sign and take the parcel on the day.
A signature is required upon delivery. Any missed deliveries could incur another cost. Please ensure a capable person is available to take large item deliveries.
Without your specific written instruction, we don’t allow the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour or a safe place. If you would like the goods delivered to your neighbour or a safe place, at the checkout stage, under the ‘Order Notes’ section, you are able to include certain information / instructions for the delivery.
We are not liable for loss or consequential damages that arise out of such an arrangement.
It is important that you carefully check over the items and bring to the attention of the delivery team any faults - either cosmetic or structural of the delivery - and make sure this report is noted to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery note before you sign it.
Please check your goods, any problem with your product must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Reports received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Any damage to product or property caused by the delivery must be reported to us within five days in order for us to process a claim on your behalf.

How long will my delivery take?
Product delivery times can vary and are dependant on size of order. Product lead times are displayed on each product page. Your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. When in stock most of our products can be delivered within a week. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Our furniture ships within the UK only however our accessories ship world-wide.
What is the complaints process?
The last thing we want to see is an unhappy customer, so in the rare event there’s something you’re not happy about, please inform us and we endeavour to make it right for you.
My order is damaged or incomplete, what do I do?
In the rare event that your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can look at an appropriate resolution for you. We may ask for relevant photos to help us determine the best solution.
