This product is made to order and delivered with a 12 week lead time.
After your furniture is packed you will receive a call from our dedicated courier service, you can then pick whichever date you want to receive your parcels.
Returns are easy, if in the super rare event your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us and we will look for the best and quickest resolution for you to get the product picked up, swapped or refunded.
Please note our approximate delivery time for 'made to order' products is currently running at 12 weeks from the date we receive your order. Lead times can vary during periods of increased demand or stock shortages.

As well as delivering to Mainland UK, we will also deliver to Ireland and The Isle of Man for an additional surcharge of £35. Please note these orders will have a longer lead-time and must be arranged before purchase.
For large furniture items our specialist delivery partner, ArrowXL will deliver to the room of your choice and remove all packaging.
Arrow XL will contact you via SMS to offer you a choice of available delivery dates and to book your delivery. The day before delivery you will receive a SMS with a 4 hour time slot. The day of delivery you will receive a SMS with a 2 hour time slot and you will also receive a call to advise they are on their way. If you have any queries regarding your delivery you can contact Arrow XL via 0333 2120198.
We use Parcelforce for smaller items, which are offered on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you are not in they will either leave a card, leave it with a neighbour or with your local Post Office.
Full Assembly Service
Our assembly service includes the delivery and full assembly of our products in the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging. Assembly is additional as we use a third party company.
The charges are £79 for a single item or £149 for 2 or more items. We currently use Arrow XL or Flatpack Express who are a white glove, room of your choice service. We will deliver within 2 weeks after we receive your order. The customer is provided with an estimated time slot of delivery and this can be tracked online as well as Arrow/Flatpack Express calling an hour prior to delivery to confirm. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this custom delivery method.
Upon receipt of your products
It is important that you carefully check over the items and bring to the attention of the delivery team any faults - either cosmetic or structural - and make sure this report is noted to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery note before you sign it. If the goods cannot be checked at the time of delivery you must inform us within 14 days of any problem with your Boori product. Reports received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any damage to product or property caused by the delivery must be reported to us within five days in order for us to process a claim on your behalf. Collection of products In line with our consumer terms, in certain cases a collection charge may apply for unwanted items. Please see below the current charges for Boori to collect an unwanted product from you. How long will my delivery take?
Product delivery times can vary and are dependant on size of order. Product lead times are displayed on each product page. Your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. When in stock most of our products can be delivered within a week. Please contact us if you need more information.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Our furniture ships within the UK only however our accessories ship world-wide.
What is the complaints process?
The last thing we want to see is an unhappy customer, so in the rare event there’s something you’re not happy about, please inform us and we endeavour to make it right for you.
My order is damaged or incomplete, what do I do?
In the rare event that your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can look at an appropriate resolution for you. We may ask for relevant photos to help us determine the best solution.
My manual is missing or damaged, can I get another?
Yes, we can send over any assembly guides to you, no problem!
