A bedtime cocoon for sweet dreams, the Hacienda Cot
Made entirely from beech and particleboard, this cot will stand up to your baby’s movements and play. The railings are covered in ice grey lacquer. The base is made of solid beech, whilst the slats are in beech plywood. The three removable rails are easily recognisable in their dark grey colour.
With its two-in-one design, the Hacienda cot converts into a child’s bed. Initially, it is a cot with railings for safety. The unit is designed for young children from birth up to age 6.

The base is adjustable to three heights. The high position is useful for young babies who are still lying down and cannot yet sit up. This position enables parents to put baby in the cot easily without having to bend over too far. Located at the right height, the high position protects your newborn from any falls. The medium position is suitable for when your child begins to sit up. The base is low enough for little ones to sit comfortable whilst still being protected by the railings. The low position is for children who can stand up. The rails on the low position fully protect your child.

Someone must be able to sign and take the parcel on the day.
A signature is required upon delivery. Any missed deliveries could incur another cost. Please ensure a capable person is available to take large item deliveries.
Without your specific written instruction, we don’t allow the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour or a safe place. If you would like the goods delivered to your neighbour or a safe place, at the checkout stage, under the ‘Order Notes’ section, you are able to include certain information / instructions for the delivery.
We are not liable for loss or consequential damages that arise out of such an arrangement.
It is important that you carefully check over the items and bring to the attention of the delivery team any faults - either cosmetic or structural of the delivery - and make sure this report is noted to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery note before you sign it.
Please check your goods, any problem with your product must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Reports received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Any damage to product or property caused by the delivery must be reported to us within five days in order for us to process a claim on your behalf.

How long will my delivery take?
Product delivery times can vary and are dependant on size of order. Product lead times are displayed on each product page. Your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. When in stock most of our products can be delivered within a week. Our furniture ships within the UK only however our accessories ship world-wide.

In the rare event that your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can look at an appropriate resolution for you. We may ask for relevant photos to help us determine the best solution.
